Our Ice Cream
We make all our ice cream and sorbets on site at the parlour using milk and cream from local Nottinghamshire herds and we also use locally sourced produce, wherever possible. Damsons from the old farm’s hedgerows are collected to make our wonderful damson and cream ice cream and rhubarb from our garden is spun into a rhubarb and ginger tangy sorbet. We have used Bramley apples from our orchard, which originated in nearby Southwell to ribbon through our Bramley & cinder toffee ice cream.
Waffles, homemade pancakes and squidgy chocolate brownies are drenched in our amazing butterscotch or chocolate sauce created in our kitchen and then topped off with a scoop of dreamy ice cream for a special treat.
We also serve an array of deliciously naughty sundaes which always create a stir when paraded to your table.
Ice Cream Sundaes

Layers of strawberries, jelly, crunchy meringue &vanilla ice cream.
Topped with whipped cream, sprinkles + a cherry
Uber Chocolatey Sundae
One scoop of milk magic ice cream & one scoop of chocolate ice cream,
layered with pieces of chocolate brownie & chocolate sauce.
Topped with whipped cream and crushed flake
2 scoops of banoffee ice cream layered with banana, whipped cream,
caramel sauce and butterscotch chips
Milk Magic Sundae
1 scoop of milk magic ice cream with an explosion of syrup and sprinkles
Cow Pat Sundae
1 scoop of chocolate ice cream with chocolate sauce,
crushed flake, mini maltesers +marshmallows
Jelly Belly Sundae
1 scoop of milk magic ice cream with strawberry jelly,
sprinkles + syrup
Within our first year we were proud to be awarded a gold star in the Guild of Fine Food’s Great Taste Awards for our luscious lemon curd ice cream.
